It consists of 3 parts, side link, middle link and pin, manufactured from high carbon steel by hot forging method. Since the chain links are connected to each other without rivets, assembly and disassembly are very easy. Trolleys consist of 2 symmetrical bodies, between which carrier blades are connected and bearings are mounted on them. Bearings are special type conveyor bearings that can operate at 200˚C. The bodies are manufactured from high carbon steel by hot forging method. Trolley bearings are lubricated by the grease nipples on the bodies. It works with the principle that the trolleys mounted on the chains moved by the drive unit carry the suspended loads by moving on the NPI profile rail.
Conveyor rail is carried by steel supports fixed to the ground. Due to their structure, chains are suitable for vertical movements on the z-axis as well as horizontal movements in the x and y axes. They are preferred conveyor systems due to their robustness as well as their simple structure and low maintenance. The breaking strength of the chain is 11.000 kg and each suspension piece has a material carrying capacity of 120 kg. There is a tensioner construction that keeps the system in tension and horizontal and vertical turns are available. The driving power is provided by a low AC current motor gearbox type station. Conveyor speed is controlled by speed controller.
